We want driven professionals who love working with people and know what it means to create exceptional customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-683aa4fda6e571930a71145771d5c61d\"><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6d712168c3b00d884292e1bffafde612\">\n<li>Consistently provide outstanding customer service and make customer stay wholly pleasant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appraise customers about showroom offers and services when they step in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess the customer needs &amp; suggest the right product and counter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect and give consumer feedback\/information to the Branch Manager for action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Assist the sales team in implementing the Visual Merchandising plan to highlight the products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure proper stacking &amp; visual appeal of jewels displayed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Housekeeping and maintenance to ensure that the showroom reflects a great shopping ambiance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update one&#8217;s knowledge of the current season&#8217;s merchandise through product hand tag copy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the sales team in tracking the performance of competitors in the market.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the sales team in identifying and analyzing trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strive to achieve higher conversion levels &amp; measure the same daily.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that the high standards of grooming are well followed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to the disciplinary requirements of the showroom.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description We want people to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
