JOB DESCRIPTION : To achieve the sales targets by engaging with customers and assisting them in choosing the jewelry and completing the transaction in line with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for achieving the individual sales target and executing the company’s strategies to enhance the showroom sales.
- Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on the benefits of “SKTM” promises and product details.
- Ensure customer delight on each sale.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the respective heads for business improvement.
- Report sold stock with the section head for timely replenishment.
- Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall.
- Acquire knowledge in all showroom sections such as billing, OMS, Packing, etc.
- Maintain the appearance of the jewelry displays and store environment, ensuring all items are attractively presented & secure.
- Handle customer issues and returns with professionalism, resolving complaints to the fullest customer satisfaction and in accordance with SKTM policies.
- Participate in security measures to prevent theft and loss, including monitoring customer activities and following proper showroom opening and closing procedures.
- Provide support to the marketing team for potential customer visits and exhibitions.
