Job Description:
As a jewelry sales executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service in a jewelry retail environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable jewelry pieces.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, offering personalized assistance, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Develop a deep understanding of the jewelry collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and design features, to effectively showcase and promote the products to customers.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging and displaying jewelry in an attractive and organized manner, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by following up on purchases, sending personalized communications, and fostering loyalty through excellent service.
- Utilize various sales techniques, such as upselling, cross-selling, and add-on sales, to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including conducting regular stock checks, identifying popular products, and coordinating with the procurement team to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Stay up to date with current market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to record customer interactions, track sales, and maintain accurate customer profiles and purchase histories.
- Collaborate with your immediate heads and other Senior sales executives, to share knowledge, support each other, and contribute to a positive team environment.
