Roles & Responsibilities

• Consistently provide outstanding customer service and make customer stay wholly pleasant.
• Appraise customers about showroom offers and services when they step in.
• Assess the customer needs & suggest the right product and counter.
• Collect and give consumer feedback/information to the Branch Manager for action.
•  Assist the sales team in implementing the Visual Merchandising plan to highlight the products.
• Ensure proper stacking & visual appeal of jewels displayed.
•  Housekeeping and maintenance to ensure that the showroom reflects a great shopping ambiance.
• Update one’s knowledge of the current season’s merchandise through product hand tag copy.
• Assist the sales team in tracking the performance of competitors in the market.
• Assist the sales team in identifying and analyzing trends.
• Strive to achieve higher conversion levels & measure the same daily.
• Ensure that the high standards of grooming are well followed.
• Adhere to the disciplinary requirements of the showroom.
