Roles & Responsibilities
- Consistently provide outstanding customer service and make customer stay wholly pleasant.
- Appraise customers about showroom offers and services when they step in.
- Assess the customer needs & suggest the right product and counter.
- Collect and give consumer feedback/information to the Branch Manager for action.
- Assist the sales team in implementing the Visual Merchandising plan to highlight the products.
- Ensure proper stacking & visual appeal of jewels displayed.
- Housekeeping and maintenance to ensure that the showroom reflects a great shopping ambiance.
- Update one’s knowledge of the current season’s merchandise through product hand tag copy.
- Assist the sales team in tracking the performance of competitors in the market.
- Assist the sales team in identifying and analyzing trends.
- Strive to achieve higher conversion levels & measure the same daily.
- Ensure that the high standards of grooming are well followed.
- Adhere to the disciplinary requirements of the showroom.
