Payment Policy
- Prices on sktmjewel.com are subject to change without notice. Kindly expect to be charged the price for the item you buy, as it is listed on the day of purchase. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay. We reserve the right to pricing errors (E&OE).
- The payment can only be accepted in INR (Indian Rupees) for orders shipped in India. Prices will be MRP plus CGST and SGST or IGST, as applicable.
- Dispatch of the product/products shall be after full payment towards a complete order and the payment should be made from a single credit card or bank account. You must pay for the products before we dispatch them, and full payment towards an order should be made from a single debit/credit card or bank account.
- Sree Kumaran Thanga Maligai offers multiple payment methods for your order: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay. We accept all VISA and MasterCard cards issued by banks in India. Customers must key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3-digit Card Verification Value (CVV) found on the back of the card and follow the step-by-step instructions on the payment gateway.
- All Credit/Debit card information remains private and confidential. SKTM and our trusted payment gateways use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your card information.
- Once the transaction is complete, the payment will be debited and cleared from your account, and you will then be redirected to the website. All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
- Any credit card used for payment must be in the name of the person ordering, and the same card must be available at the delivery address. It may be solicited for verification if warranted.
- Upon confirmation of your order, If you opt to pay by bank transfer, we will email you the account number and IFS code details and confirm receipt of payment once your funds have arrived in our bank account. The product can be shipped in a single lot only after we have received the payment in full.
- If your payment has been declined, you must place your order again. We cannot reinstate an order once the payment has been declined, and we are not liable for any reason whatsoever for the same.
- To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order, we suggest checking the following: a) Check if the card details fed or saved in your order account have the correct information – this could involve anything from your name to the expiry date. b) Ensure you’ve entered the proper security code – the 3-digit number on the back of your card. c) The correct OTP was entered when requested by your bank. d) Your card issuer may have declined your payment – as they don’t tell us why, it’s best to check with them or contact your bank. e) If you’ve checked all of the above, try paying with another card.
- Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. Still, in our absence of negligence, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide us when accessing or ordering from the website.
- All payments made to us are subject to security checks at the time of purchase. If we need additional information to confirm your purchase, we will contact you before processing the order.
- Cash On Delivery (COD) is not available as of now.
- We do not currently accept personal cheques, money transfers, or demand drafts.
