Sree Kumaran Thangamaligai accepts cancellation if and only if it’s within 24 hours of placing a confirmed order, and there are no charges for the same. Customers do have the flexibility either to cancel the whole order or partially.
- The customer is requested to place the order only after reasonable deliberation, as order processing involves considerable time, money, resources, and energy. They can request cancellation only for a genuine reason, and the management reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. They also agree not to dispute our decision and take it as final.
- Customers can cancel by emailing us sktmho@themadrassilks.com or simply visiting the website, typing their order confirmation number, and clicking on the “Cancel My Order” option. This cancellation policy excludes customized jewellery, gold coin, or silver coin purchases.
- Once our internal team receives and approves the cancellation, the amount will be refunded to your original payment source. The refund amount will be credited to your account in 7 working days. In the case of credit card usage, it would be reversed to the card in 10/14 working days.
- On cancellation of your order, the coupon/gift card would become invalid, and the amount debited from your account only would be refunded. The coupons/discounts/offers will be valid/ applicable until expiration. The discounted amount, i.e., utilized using a coupon/offer/discount, etc., would not be refunded. Please note that offers and discounts offered as a part of promotions are valid for the campaign period only.
- There may be specific orders that SKTM cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order.
- Some reasons may include a few pin codes not serviceable by our logistics partners, limited quantity available for purchase, errors in pricing or product information, issues identified by our fraud avoidance & legal department, or any other issue SKTM identifies for not accepting the order.
- Sometimes, we also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders. We will notify you if your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any further information is required to take your order.
- If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or transaction that defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we could cancel such orders at our sole discretion. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and deny access to them or cancel any orders they place.
- SKTM shall send you an email and SMS as order confirmation, including details of the expected delivery date, tracking reference number, etc. Repeated failure at the time of delivery to reach the customer after multiple attempts and other practical situations that may arise in fulfillment of an order forces cancellation.
